The Dining Room at Woodlands is widely known for its innovative and sophisticated version of new American cuisine.  The world-renowned culinary team uses the great variety of fresh local foods to create a nightly menu with a Lowcountry influence.  The Dining Room is also open daily for breakfast and lunch.  Reservations are recommended.

In addition to Woodlands Resort & Inn, the company is currently developing a 120-room ultra luxury resort and spa on 340 acres in Middleburg, Virginia scheduled to open in late 2009. Salamander Hospitality has also launched a division of gourmet prepared food markets called Market Salamander located in Middleburg, with soon to be opened Markets in Palm Beach, Florida and Washington, D.C.
